About the role
- Oversee daily operations, productivity, and profitability of the Seattle office.
- Lead, mentor, and develop legal staff through training, motivation, and support.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR on recruitment and policy compliance.
- Coordinate with other leaders to ensure cross-departmental support.
- Conduct client consultations and provide legal advice on family law matters.
- Represent clients in court, prepare legal documents, and negotiate settlements.
Requirements
- Five (5) or more years of devoted Family Law experience preferred.
- Must be within commuting distance to our Seattle office
- Skilled in mentoring and leading a team, while fostering collaboration.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with a client-focused mindset.
- Proficient in client counseling, case prep, case management, and courtroom representation.
- Clear and effective verbal and written legal communication.
- Able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Committed to delivering excellent client service.
- Active admission to the Washington State Bar
