Review, analyze, and adapt existing math curricula to work effectively in a video format.
Develop high-quality, visually engaging, and grade-appropriate instructional video presentation slides in Google Slides or similar platforms, incorporating animations and annotations.
Write clear, conversational scripts that explain math topics in an accessible and engaging manner.
Maintain consistency in style, tone, and formatting across all video lessons.
Create guided notes and student-facing worksheets using Google Docs or similar word processors.
Develop additional resources as needed, including mastery checks, trackers, and exemplar videos.
Collaborate with MCP staff to ensure all materials meet the required standards and objectives, and implement feedback provided by MCP staff for final materials.
Provide status updates when requested by MCP staff.
Meet deadlines as set and agreed upon with MCP staff.
Requirements
Teaching experience in K–12 mathematics required
Proven experience in curricular content development or instructional design
Proficiency in Google Slides, Google Docs, and Google Sheets, or similar platforms
Experience in creating instructional video slides, digital learning resources, or other student-facing content
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply
Strong understanding of math pedagogy and how math concepts develop over time
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Effective communication skills for collaboration and reporting progress
Experience with the Illustrative Mathematics and Eureka Math² curriculum preferred, but not required
Experience using Asana project management platform preferred, but not required
