Execute and oversee hiring/onboarding, vacation administration, terminations, and payroll processes.
Manage and reconcile electronic timekeeping and compensatory time (time bank).
Administer employee benefits and personnel record updates.
Ensure compliance with labor, social security, and eSocial obligations.
Provide support to employees and managers on personnel administration matters.
Prepare reports, controls, and HR/Payroll department indicators.
Support internal audits and ensure processes comply with current legislation.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR and payroll processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Accounting, or a related field.
Updated knowledge of labor legislation, social security rules, and eSocial is desirable.
Solid knowledge of labor and social security legislation.
Experience with payroll, benefits, vacations, terminations, and timekeeping control.
Knowledge of eSocial and related statutory reporting obligations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Experience with HR management and payroll systems.
Organized and detail-oriented.
Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
Analytical skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive and solution-focused.
Planning and priority management skills.
Results- and compliance-oriented.
