About the role
- Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and senior leadership
- Drive enterprise-wide initiatives, investor and Board communication, and corporate strategy execution
- Lead the creation and delivery of weekly, monthly, and quarterly investor reports
- Develop high-impact Board decks, executive summaries, and performance narratives
- Drive annual and quarterly business planning, including financial projections, KPIs, and strategic goal setting
- Partner closely with the CEO to execute strategic priorities, track key initiatives, and ensure disciplined follow-through
- Lead and govern cross-functional strategic initiatives across various departments
- Implement best-in-class reporting standards, templates, KPIs, and review frameworks
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Corporate Strategy, CEO Office, Investor Relations, Management Consulting, Corporate Planning, or PMO
- Deep expertise in investor reporting, corporate governance, and Board-level presentation development
- Exceptional analytical skills, financial modeling capability, and strong business acumen
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives
- Outstanding communication skills, executive presence, and stakeholder management ability
- MBA, CA, CFA, or equivalent advanced degree preferred
- Prior experience working directly with founders, CEOs, or C-suite executives.
