About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process mapping to understand client needs; translate findings into user stories, functional requirements, and prioritized backlogs.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects, developers, and project managers to design Salesforce solutions built on Nonprofit Cloud, Public Sector Solutions, and ecosystem tools.
  • Develop and lead testing strategies, create comprehensive test cases, facilitate UAT, and deliver tailored training sessions to drive strong user adoption.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for evolving business requirements; proactively identify opportunities for optimization post-implementation.
  • Work cross-functionally with delivery teams, client leadership, and program staff to align priorities and manage scope.
  • Contribute to data strategy initiatives, AI readiness projects, and the refinement of CAUSE Solutions accelerators for human services use cases.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, ideally with a consulting partner or implementation firm.
  • Strong familiarity with Salesforce platform capabilities, particularly Nonprofit Cloud (NPSP/NPC) and/or Public Sector Solutions.
  • Proven ability to connect day-to-day business needs with strategic opportunities and long-term technology roadmaps.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced consulting environment.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
