Lead a critical area of our Business Services organization as Director, Business Services for Medicaid Operations.
Shape how we deliver exceptional service and advance operational excellence.
Build strong partnerships with clients and internal teams.

Act as a driver of efficiency and change across the group.
Review and approve Medicaid rebate deliverables to clients.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Medicaid operations team.
Own and grow strategic client relationships.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system enhancements.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
10+ years of experience working in the pharmaceutical industry with Medicaid agreements
Proven people leadership experience
Demonstrated ability to lead through change
Experience working with Medicaid rebate systems
High accuracy rate and attention to detail
Technical ability to understand underlying data structures
Experience achieving and maintaining compliance
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
10-20% of travel required
