Key responsibilities & impact

Evaluate the integrity and excellence of digital products for healthcare clients.
Act as a bridge between complex technical requirements and the end-user experience.
Identify potential risks and consult with clients and teams on recommended actions and quality improvements.
Use exploratory testing techniques to find and investigate bugs across multiple browsers and devices.
Verify functionality, design, and ADA accessibility for end-users.
Design and execute performance testing scripts using JMeter.
Conduct thorough API testing to validate data communication between services.
Evaluate web applications against core security principles to identify vulnerabilities.
Create and maintain automated test suites using Mabl and Appium.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of context-driven testing experience or equivalent education
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Management, Marketing, (or a related field) or equivalent experience
Previous experience working within healthcare or for a consulting agency.
Experience with JMeter for performance benchmarking and familiarity with API testing tools like Postman.
Foundational knowledge of web security fundamentals, Web Accessibility Guidelines and experience building or maintaining automated test suites.
Hands on experience with modeling, test design, and working with mind maps.
Experience with Rapid Software Testing (RST), and using AI tools to enhance testing workflows.
