Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee the entire project management function including team performance and portfolio delivery
Define and execute strategy and goals for the project management practice
Act as the bridge between leadership and project management teams
Develop and maintain executive-level client relationships
Directly manage, coach, and mentor a high-performing team of project managers
Own the department budget and P&L
Enforce the 'Modea PM Standard' and 'Delivery Norms' across all projects
Coach the team to foster a consultative culture and present strategic insights to clients

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
10+ years in project/program/portfolio management
7+ years in people leadership, specifically leading Project Managers
5+ years in a consulting environment
Proven experience leading and growing a consulting practice or department
Strong Scrum experience in digital product development and modern DevSecOps delivery
Proficiency in managing multi-million dollar portfolios with evolving scope
Proven track record of building trusted C-suite partnerships and expanding accounts through exceptional delivery
