About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee the entire project management function including team performance and portfolio delivery
- Define and execute strategy and goals for the project management practice
- Act as the bridge between leadership and project management teams
- Develop and maintain executive-level client relationships
- Directly manage, coach, and mentor a high-performing team of project managers
- Own the department budget and P&L
- Enforce the 'Modea PM Standard' and 'Delivery Norms' across all projects
- Coach the team to foster a consultative culture and present strategic insights to clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- 10+ years in project/program/portfolio management
- 7+ years in people leadership, specifically leading Project Managers
- 5+ years in a consulting environment
- Proven experience leading and growing a consulting practice or department
- Strong Scrum experience in digital product development and modern DevSecOps delivery
- Proficiency in managing multi-million dollar portfolios with evolving scope
- Proven track record of building trusted C-suite partnerships and expanding accounts through exceptional delivery
