About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Reporting to the Group Leader, leads and manages all financial aspects for the group unit and supports 6 business units.
Provide strategic financial leadership on issues affecting the business
Monitor and input on key metrics of customer performance across Group businesses, including customer profitability and attrition.
Accountable for accurate and timely monthly/quarterly consolidated financial reporting to ensure compliance with internal and external reporting in accordance with IFRS.
Lead and implement introduction of new systems and processes such as new financial systems, expense management and other reporting systems.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5 years of experience comparable role with accounting and controlling scope with people leadership
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Strong ability to influence resources within the organisation without direct reporting relationship
Well versed in the adoption and use of AI tools for forecasting and other finance functions
