About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and participate in all phases of NetSuite implementation projects
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs
Configure NetSuite modules and functionalities to meet specific business requirements
Develop and execute test plans to ensure accuracy and integrity of the NetSuite configuration and data
Provide training and support to end-users on NetSuite functionalities
Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and user manuals
Identify and troubleshoot NetSuite-related issues
Work closely with development teams for customizations, integrations, and reports
Stay up-to-date with the latest NetSuite releases, features, and industry best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience as a NetSuite Implementation Specialist
In-depth knowledge of NetSuite modules and functionalities, including SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk
Experience with financial accounting principles and practices within NetSuite
Strong understanding of business processes across various departments (e.g., Finance, Sales, Operations)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
NetSuite Administrator or Consultant certification is highly desirable
Fluency in English and French is required
