About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide customer support via channels such as email, telephone and the ticketing portal.
  • Log, categorize and track support tickets, ensuring deadlines and service quality.
  • Assist with initial troubleshooting and correctly routing requests to the appropriate teams.
  • Guide customers on system usage, procedures and best practices.
  • Keep customers informed about the status of requests and updates.
  • Support the team in organizing operational routines and service reports.
  • Maintain internal controls (spreadsheets, management systems, knowledge base).
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and support workflows.
  • Create and monitor customer communications (quick reports, update notices).
  • Monitor version updates at customer sites.
  • Schedule and attend periodic meetings with customers.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma required (university studies in progress preferred in areas such as IT, Business Administration, Communications or related fields).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized, proactive profile with solid problem-solving ability.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with tools such as Excel and corporate email.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus.
  • Desirable experience with POS devices, sales applications, payment acquirer systems and remote access.
