About the role
- Identify market opportunities through regular research with our customers.
- Conduct competitive analyses and develop a deep understanding of stakeholders, purchasing criteria, and value drivers to support product decisions.
- Produce a product roadmap that meets customer needs, increases our competitive differentiation, and responds to competitors' strengths.
- Synthesize information to develop a long-term product strategy beyond the current technology portfolio that is responsive to customer needs.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to ensure alignment on the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, achieving revenue and sales targets.
- Manage the product investment mix, ensuring quality and control of technical debt.
- Balance long-term technology investments with immediate product requirements.
- Define and analyze product-related key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and drive improvements.
- Evaluate build, buy, or partner options for creating customer value, identifying preferred approaches that meet needs.
- Analyze and monitor technology and market trends.
- Act as a product evangelist, both internally and externally.
Requirements
- Previous experience in B2B product management at a technology company
- Experience with software development lifecycle methodologies
- Experience with agile and hybrid delivery methodologies.
