About the role

  • Identify market opportunities through regular research with our customers.
  • Conduct competitive analyses and develop a deep understanding of stakeholders, purchasing criteria, and value drivers to support product decisions.
  • Produce a product roadmap that meets customer needs, increases our competitive differentiation, and responds to competitors' strengths.
  • Synthesize information to develop a long-term product strategy beyond the current technology portfolio that is responsive to customer needs.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to ensure alignment on the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, achieving revenue and sales targets.
  • Manage the product investment mix, ensuring quality and control of technical debt.
  • Balance long-term technology investments with immediate product requirements.
  • Define and analyze product-related key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and drive improvements.
  • Evaluate build, buy, or partner options for creating customer value, identifying preferred approaches that meet needs.
  • Analyze and monitor technology and market trends.
  • Act as a product evangelist, both internally and externally.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in B2B product management at a technology company
  • Experience with software development lifecycle methodologies
  • Experience with agile and hybrid delivery methodologies.
