Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Management, or a related field
Relevant certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA are a plus
Proven experience in a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in a consulting or professional services context
Sound grasp of business analysis principles, methods, and best practices
Proficiency in conducting requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design
Familiarity with industry-standard frameworks (e.g., BABOK)
Knowledge of SQL, prior SQL experience preferred
Knowledge of various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and their implementation
Experience with tools and technologies used in business analysis and project management
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently
Professional demeanor, client-focused mindset, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and building trust.
