About the role
- Manage and coordinate the end-to-end execution of eDiscovery projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, clarifying project scope and requirements.
- Utilize Relativity, Disco, and LAW for data management, processing, review, and reporting.
- Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Provide updates and reports to stakeholders regarding project timelines, deliverables, and performance.
- Maintain compliance with legal guidelines and best practices in eDiscovery.
- Train and mentor junior team members on eDiscovery tools and project management processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; legal or project management certification is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in legal eDiscovery project management or related roles.
- Proficiency in eDiscovery platforms, specifically Relativity, Disco, and LAW.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, and capacity to manage client relationships effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Proven problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
- Understanding of legal terminology and the eDiscovery process is essential.
