About the role

  • Deliver complex infrastructure transformation and Azure cloud migration initiatives for international clients
  • Working with Mobiz stakeholders and client representatives to deliver agreed project outcomes
  • Delivery of IT infrastructure, cloud, and workplace technology projects in line with defined scope and milestones
  • Delivery support for Azure cloud migration initiatives
  • Coordination of infrastructure deployments (network, server, storage, virtualization, cloud integration)
  • Delivery of enterprise voice and unified communications initiatives (VoIP, UCaaS, CCaaS)
  • Preparation of project documentation, including schedules, delivery plans, and risk registers
  • Reporting on agreed project performance metrics (scope, schedule, quality, risks)
  • Coordination with engineering teams, vendors, and client stakeholders as required to deliver outcomes
  • Maintenance of RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions)
  • Delivery of services in accordance with applicable security, governance, and architectural requirements defined by the client
  • Preparation of executive‐level project status reporting and participation in steering or governance forums as required
  • Contribution to post‐engagement reviews and continuous improvement activities

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience delivering IT project or program management services
  • 3+ years’ experience delivering Azure cloud migration initiatives
  • Proven experience delivering infrastructure transformation programs
  • Experience providing consulting services to external enterprise clients
  • Strong working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies
  • Experience coordinating third‐party vendors and system integrators
  • Experience working with distributed and international project teams
  • Fluent English (minimum C1 level)
  • French language capability is a plus
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred
  • Experience with enterprise collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams Voice, Cisco UC, Zoom Phone)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS
  • Experience with ITIL or service transition processes
  • Background in highly regulated or enterprise‐scale environments
