About the role

  • Own end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of a global mobility transformation program.
  • Drive standardization of mobile device management, provisioning, and lifecycle processes across regions.
  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, including scope, milestones, timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies.
  • Lead stakeholder alignment and governance forums to enable timely decision-making and resolve cross-functional dependencies.
  • Partner with technical and platform teams to support workflow automation and service enablement.
  • Lead change management and communications, ensuring global adoption and minimal disruption.
  • Establish governance, reporting, and data quality practices to track progress and outcomes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience delivering complex, multi-region technology transformation programs.
  • Proven experience leading enterprise mobility transformation initiatives or mobile device management (MDM/UEM) rollouts, mobility standardization, or device lifecycle optimization.
  • Proven ability to manage global or multi-region programs with distributed teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including engagement with senior business and technology leaders.
  • Strong command of project governance, risk management, dependency management, and executive reporting.
  • Experience with IT service management and workflow platforms (ServiceNow or similar preferred).
  • Solid understanding of device lifecycle management, asset management, and cybersecurity alignment.
  • Demonstrated change management capabilities in global environments.
  • Prior contract or consulting experience, with strong ability to deliver outcomes in fast-paced, ambiguous settings.
  • Prior hands-on leadership of enterprise mobility or MDM transformation initiatives.
  • Candidates without direct mobility domain ownership may not be considered.
