About the role
- Own end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of a global mobility transformation program.
- Drive standardization of mobile device management, provisioning, and lifecycle processes across regions.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, including scope, milestones, timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies.
- Lead stakeholder alignment and governance forums to enable timely decision-making and resolve cross-functional dependencies.
- Partner with technical and platform teams to support workflow automation and service enablement.
- Lead change management and communications, ensuring global adoption and minimal disruption.
- Establish governance, reporting, and data quality practices to track progress and outcomes.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience delivering complex, multi-region technology transformation programs.
- Proven experience leading enterprise mobility transformation initiatives or mobile device management (MDM/UEM) rollouts, mobility standardization, or device lifecycle optimization.
- Proven ability to manage global or multi-region programs with distributed teams and stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including engagement with senior business and technology leaders.
- Strong command of project governance, risk management, dependency management, and executive reporting.
- Experience with IT service management and workflow platforms (ServiceNow or similar preferred).
- Solid understanding of device lifecycle management, asset management, and cybersecurity alignment.
- Demonstrated change management capabilities in global environments.
- Prior contract or consulting experience, with strong ability to deliver outcomes in fast-paced, ambiguous settings.
- Prior hands-on leadership of enterprise mobility or MDM transformation initiatives.
- Candidates without direct mobility domain ownership may not be considered.
