Strategic & Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for Microsoft partner teams. Lead joint planning sessions, quarterly business reviews, and escalation paths. Align Microsoft initiatives with company objectives, sales targets, and delivery capabilities.
Tactical & Execution: Develop and maintain partner-facing materials: program guides, enablement decks, training modules, and playbooks. Manage Microsoft Partner Center and related portals, including profile updates, competency tracking, incentive eligibility, and compliance documentation. Track and report key partner metrics (pipeline, revenue contribution, certification status, incentive attainment). Coordinate co-selling and co-marketing activities with Microsoft, including opportunity registration, campaign execution, and events. Ensure branding and legal compliance, reviewing materials and ensuring they meet Microsoft’s standards. Support audits and partner assessments, maintaining documentation and readiness for Microsoft program reviews. Assist internal teams with tactical support—opportunity tagging, licensing questions, and use of Microsoft partner benefits.
Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of experience in technology partner management, alliances, or partner success. Microsoft experience strongly preferred.
Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Partner Center, competencies, and incentive programs.
Ability to create clear, actionable content (training, presentations, documentation).
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across technical and business teams.
