Requirements

What you’ll need

Master's degree required; MBA strongly preferred.
5–7 years reporting directly to a C-level executive in a small to mid-sized company.
Knowledge of federal contracting budgets, government accounting, and DCAA audit requirements.
Firsthand experience with third-party accounting and cybersecurity audits.
Ability to design and implement processes across HR, Finance, and IT.
Track record of managing multiple projects and holding teams accountable.
Ability to translate business goals into actionable operational plans.
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
Proficiency with AI tools and able to train staff on validated AI use.
Experience managing a remote team across 10+ states and 3–4 time zones.
Thrives in fast-paced environments; shifts priorities without losing sight of long-term goals.
U.S Citizenship is required.
