About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- First- and second-level support for internal users (remote and on-site)
- Receiving, prioritizing and handling IT incident reports via a ticketing system
- Analyzing and resolving hardware and software issues
- Installing, configuring and maintaining IT workstations (clients, laptops, peripherals)
- User administration, including account setup and access rights
- Assisting with administration of IT infrastructure (network, servers, printers, etc.)
- Performing updates, patches and basic IT security measures
- Documenting support cases, systems and processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT specialist for system integration) or equivalent qualification
- Some experience in IT support or helpdesk desirable
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365
- Basic knowledge of network technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with ticketing systems is an advantage
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Strong service and customer orientation
- Good German and English skills are required
