About the role
- Plan, organize and manage software development projects in agile teams using various technologies.
- Assess requirements for technical feasibility, complexity and impact on system architecture together with software architects.
- Support the Product Owner in backlog prioritization and jointly define release scope as well as identify technical risks.
- Support the development team with technical questions and architecture decisions.
- Implement and track project goals according to specifications.
- Optimize planning and deployment of internal and international resources.
- Serve as the information interface to internal stakeholders (reporting, documentation, planning, tracking).
- Help shape and continuously improve the software development process.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification.
- Several years of experience leading software product development projects, ideally with an international scope; project management certification is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a confident presence.
- Team motivator who fosters top performance.
- Technical understanding and knowledge of current methods/tools (preferably SAP development, hybrid apps).
- Proactive, independent working style.
- Very good German and English skills.
