About the role

  • Contribute to our proprietary framework that enables our well-known clients to build mobile applications quickly and easily.
  • Enhance existing components (state management, data binding, event handling).
  • Develop a Platform Abstraction Layer that provides a unified API across our products.
  • Focus areas: Cordova plugin development for Android and iOS.
  • Electron API development for Linux, macOS and Windows.
  • Integrate the APIs into a strictly typed TypeScript codebase.

Requirements

  • Strong coding skills in JavaScript/TypeScript within the app development context.
  • Experience developing hybrid or native mobile apps.
  • Deep knowledge of Cordova and Electron, especially in creating custom plugins.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Node.js APIs and native Android and iOS APIs.
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills.
