About the role
- You independently manage the fresh and service counters in your assigned HIT store.
- You confidently balance demand-driven purchasing with fast product turnaround.
- Together with your team, you arrange and present products attractively.
- You advise and serve customers in a personal, expert and friendly manner.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a specialist sales assistant in the fresh-food sector or as a butcher.
- Ideally a master craftsman qualification in butchery or further training as a meat or cheese sommelier.
- Preferably initial leadership experience working at service counters.
- Very good knowledge of sausage, meat, cheese and fish products.
- A sociable, responsible team-player personality.
