About the role
- You independently manage the fresh and service counters in your HIT store
- You ensure product availability and that the figures in your area of responsibility are correct
- Together with your team, you present products attractively
- You advise and serve customers individually, personally, knowledgeably and warmly
- You are responsible for the service counters and ensure the optimal performance of the corresponding refrigerated shelves and chests in self-service
- You demonstrate your ability in staff scheduling and in motivating employees
Requirements
- Completed training as a specialist sales assistant in the fresh food sector or as a butcher
- Ideally a master craftsman certificate in butchery or advanced training as a meat or cheese sommelier
- Preferably some leadership experience in the area of service counters
- Excellent knowledge of the wide range of sausage, meat, cheese and fish products
- An outgoing, responsible team-player personality
