About the role
- You independently manage the fresh and service counters in your HIT store
- You ensure product availability and that the figures in your area of responsibility are correct
- Together with your team, you merchandise goods attractively
- You advise and serve customers — acting as a role model for your team
- You are responsible for the service counters and ensure optimal performance of the refrigerated display units
- Through your staff planning, you motivate and develop employees
Requirements
- Completed training as a specialist sales assistant in the fresh-food area or as a butcher
- Ideally a master craftsman qualification in butchery or further training as a meat or cheese sommelier
- Preferably some initial leadership experience in service-counter operations
- Very good knowledge of sausage, meat, cheese, and fish products
- An outgoing, responsible team-player personality who is committed to the commercial success of their area as well as the satisfaction of customers and their team
