About the role
- You independently manage the fresh and service counters in your HIT store
- You ensure product availability and that the figures in your area of responsibility are correct
- You present products attractively and advise and serve customers
- You are responsible for the service counters and ensure optimal performance of the corresponding refrigerated display units
- You motivate, develop and inspire your team
Requirements
- Completed training as a specialist salesperson in the fresh food sector or as a butcher
- Ideally a master craftsman qualification in butchery or further training as a meat or cheese sommelier
- Preferably some initial leadership experience at service counters
- Excellent knowledge of a wide range of sausage, meat, cheese and fish products
- A sociable, responsible team-player personality
