About the role
- You independently manage the fresh food and service counters in your HIT market
- You ensure that product availability and the numbers in your area of responsibility are correct
- Together with your team, you present products attractively
- You advise and serve customers individually, personally, expertly and warmly
- You are responsible for the service counters and ensure optimal performance of the corresponding refrigerated shelves and freezers in self-service
- You demonstrate careful staff scheduling and have the ability to motivate, develop and inspire employees
Requirements
- Completed training as a specialist salesperson in the fresh food sector or as a butcher
- Ideally, a master craftsman certificate in butchery or further training as a meat or cheese sommelier
- Preferably some initial leadership experience in service counters
- Very good knowledge of sausage, meat, cheese and fish products
- A personable, responsible team-player personality
