About the role
- You independently manage the fresh and service counters in your HIT store
- You strike the right balance between demand-driven purchasing and efficient sales
- Together with your team, you present products attractively
- You advise and serve customers — acting as a role model for your team
- You are responsible for the service counters
Requirements
- Completed training as a specialist sales clerk in the fresh-food sector or as a butcher
- Ideally, a master butcher qualification or further training as a meat or cheese sommelier
- Preferably some leadership experience at service counters
- Excellent knowledge of sausage, meat, cheese and fish products
- A sociable, responsible team-player personality
