About the role
- You independently manage the fresh and service counters in your designated HIT store
- You ensure product availability
- Together with your team, you present products attractively
- You advise and serve customers individually and warmly
- You are responsible for the service counters
- You plan staff schedules and motivate your team
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a specialist sales assistant in the fresh products sector or as a butcher
- Ideally, a master craftsman qualification in the butchery trade or further training as a meat or cheese sommelier
- Preferably initial leadership experience in the area of service counters
- Excellent knowledge of sausage, meat, cheese and fish products
- A sociable, responsible team-player personality
