About the role
- You independently manage the fresh and service counters in your HIT store
- You strike the right balance between demand-driven purchasing and rapid sales
- You ensure product availability and that the figures in your area of responsibility are correct
- Together with your team, you present products attractively
- You advise and serve customers – also serving as a role model for your team
- You assume responsibility for the manned service counters
- You ensure the optimal performance of the corresponding refrigerated display units and freezers in the self-service area

Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a specialist sales assistant in the fresh foods sector or as a butcher
- Ideally a master craftsman qualification in butchery or further training as a meat or cheese sommelier
- Preferably initial leadership experience in the area of service counters
- Very good knowledge of sausage, meat, cheese and fish products
- An outgoing, responsible team-player personality
