About the role
- You independently manage the fresh and service counters in “your” HIT store.
- You ensure product availability and the accuracy of figures within your area of responsibility.
- Together with your team, you present products attractively.
- You advise and serve customers individually, personally, expertly and warmly.
- You are responsible for the staffed service counters.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a specialist sales assistant in the fresh products sector (Fachverkäufer im Frischebereich) or as a butcher/meat cutter
- Ideally a master butcher qualification (Meister) or further training as a meat or cheese sommelier
- Preferably initial leadership experience at service counters
- Excellent knowledge of sausage, meat, cheese and fish products
- Outgoing, responsible team-player personality
