About the role
- You independently manage the fresh and service counters in your HIT store
- You ensure product availability and that the figures in your area of responsibility are correct
- Together with your team, you present products attractively
- You advise and serve customers individually, personally, professionally and warmly
- You are responsible for the service counters and ensure the optimal performance of the respective refrigerated shelves and chests
- You are responsible for staff scheduling and motivating the team
Requirements
- Completed training as a specialist sales assistant in the fresh food sector or as a butcher
- Ideally, a master craftsman qualification in the butcher's trade or further training as a meat or cheese sommelier
- Preferably some initial leadership experience in service counters
- Excellent knowledge of a wide range of sausage, meat, cheese and fish products
- A sociable, responsible team-player personality
