About the role
- You independently manage the fresh and service counters in your HIT store
- You ensure product availability and that the key figures in your area of responsibility are met
- Together with your team, you present and merchandise products attractively
- You provide individual, personal, expert and friendly advice and service to your customers
- You are responsible for the service counters and ensure the optimal performance of the associated refrigerated shelves and display chests in the self-service area
- Through careful staff planning and your ability to motivate, develop and inspire employees, it’s clear: you are the perfect choice for this position!
Requirements
- Completed training as a qualified sales specialist in the fresh goods department or as a butcher/meat cutter
- Ideally a master butcher qualification or further training as a meat or cheese sommelier
- Preferably some initial supervisory experience in service counters
- Strong knowledge of sausage, meat, cheese and fish products
- A sociable, responsible team-player personality
