About the role
- You independently manage the fresh and service counters in your HIT store
- You ensure demand-driven purchasing and prompt turnover
- Together with your team, you present products attractively
- You advise and serve customers — acting as a role model for your team
- You are responsible for the service counters and the optimal performance of refrigerated display cases and chest freezers
- Through careful staff scheduling, you motivate and develop employees
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a specialist salesperson in the fresh goods sector or as a butcher
- Ideally a master butcher qualification or further training as a meat or cheese sommelier
- Preferably initial leadership experience in service counters
- Excellent knowledge of a wide range of sausage, meat, cheese and fish products
- A sociable, responsible team-player personality
