- You independently manage the fresh and service counters in your HIT store.
- You skillfully balance demand-driven purchasing with efficient sales turnover.

- You advise and serve customers individually, personally, professionally and warmly.
Requirements
- Completed training as a specialist sales assistant in the fresh products sector (Fachverkäufer im Frischebereich) or as a butcher/meat cutter.
- Ideally a master butcher (Meister) qualification or additional certification as a meat or cheese sommelier.
- Preferably some initial leadership experience in service counters.
- Excellent knowledge of a wide range of sausage, meat, cheese and fish products.
- A communicative, responsible team-player personality.
