About the role

  • You independently manage the fresh and service counters in your HIT store
  • You ensure product availability and the figures within your area of responsibility are correct
  • Together with your team, you present products attractively

Requirements

  • Ideally a master butcher qualification or further training as a meat or cheese sommelier
  • Preferably some initial leadership experience at service counters
  • Very good knowledge of sausage, meat, cheese and fish products
  • A sociable, responsible team-player personality
