About the role
- You independently manage the fresh and service counters in your assigned HIT store
- You confidently balance demand-driven purchasing with rapid turnover
- Together with your team, you present products attractively
- You provide individual, personal, knowledgeable and friendly customer advice
- You are responsible for the service counters
- You ensure the optimal performance of the relevant refrigerated display units
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a specialist sales assistant in the fresh food sector or as a butcher
- Preferably a master butcher qualification or further training as a meat or cheese sommelier
- Ideally some initial leadership experience in the area of service counters
- Excellent knowledge of a wide range of sausage, meat, cheese and fish products
- An outgoing, responsible team-player personality
