About the role
- You independently manage the fresh and service counters in your HIT market
- You navigate confidently between demand-driven purchasing and fast sell-through
- Together with your team, you present goods attractively
- You advise and serve customers in an individual, personal, expert and friendly manner
- You are responsible for the service counters and ensure the optimal performance of the associated refrigerated shelves and chests in self-service
- With careful staff scheduling and your ability to motivate, develop and inspire employees, you drive team performance
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a specialist salesperson in the fresh-food sector or as a butcher
- Ideally a master butcher certificate (Meister) or additional qualification as a meat or cheese sommelier
- Preferably some supervisory experience at service counters
- Excellent knowledge of sausage, meat, cheese and fish products
- An outgoing, responsible team-player personality
