About the role
- You independently manage the fresh and service counters in your HIT store
- You ensure product availability and that the figures in your area of responsibility are correct
- Together with your team you present goods attractively
- You advise and serve customers — acting as a role model for your team
- You are responsible for the service counters and ensure the optimal performance of the corresponding refrigerated shelves and chests
Requirements
- Completed training as a specialist salesperson in the fresh food sector or as a butcher
- Ideally a master craftsman certificate in the butcher trade or further training as a meat or cheese sommelier
- Preferably some initial leadership experience in service counters
- Very good knowledge of the wide range of sausage, meat, cheese and fish products
- A sociable, responsible team-player personality
