About the role
- You independently manage the fresh-food and service counters in your HIT store
- You ensure product availability and the commercial performance in your area of responsibility
- Together with your team, you present products attractively
- You advise and serve customers — acting as a role model for your team
- You are responsible for the service counters
- You ensure the optimal performance of the corresponding refrigerated shelves and chests
- Staff scheduling and employee development
Requirements
- Completed training as a specialist salesperson in the fresh-food area or as a butcher
- Ideally a master craftsman certificate in butchery or further training as a meat or cheese sommelier
- Preferably some initial leadership experience in service counters
- Excellent knowledge of sausage, meat, cheese and fish products
- A sociable, responsible team-player personality
