About the role
- Responsible for the entire employee life cycle from hiring to exit
- Perform all HR administrative tasks
- Serve as point of contact for managers and employees at the branch on HR-related matters
- Proactively optimize processes, prepare and analyze reports and statistics
Requirements
- Completed commercial/vocational training, ideally as HR clerk (Personalkaufmann/Personalkauffrau)
- Initial professional experience in HR
- Experience working with SAP HCM
- Basic knowledge of employment law
- Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel
