About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure operational excellence in the Floor Plan area
- Execute Floor Plan activities including studies, controls and procedures
- Manage and maintain the Floor Plan department database
- Create, maintain and improve KPIs, controls and spreadsheets for performance tracking
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
- Manage third-party service providers
- Draft and review procedures and controls
- Develop dashboards and management reports
- Perform statistical analyses and diagnostics
- Lead improvement and efficiency projects
- Supervise services provided by system vendors
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting or related fields
- Experience in financial areas, risk, credit or controllership
- Experience with data analysis, KPIs and management reporting
- Knowledge of process management, internal controls and compliance
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with BI tools (Power BI or similar)
- Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance, Risk Management, Controllership, Data Analytics or related fields (preferred)
- Experience with Floor Plan, the automotive sector or FIDC (Receivables Investment Fund) (preferred)
- Knowledge of SQL, Python or other data languages (preferred)
- Advanced English (preferred)
