About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist the Customer Experience team in preparing and sharing the department’s reports and analyses.
- Send the team’s reports on a daily basis.
- Create presentations for the Customer team.
- Upload invoices (NF’s) into Fluig.
- Monitor and respond to social media daily.
- Prepare and maintain spreadsheets.
- Follow the activities of other team members to increase knowledge and propose improvements.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Information Systems, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, or a related degree program.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Intermediate to advanced English.
- Any level of familiarity with SAS and Power BI.
- Logical reasoning skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proactive attitude.
- Commitment and reliability.
- Good listening skills.
