About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist the Customer Experience team in preparing and sharing the department’s reports and analyses.
  • Send the team’s reports on a daily basis.
  • Create presentations for the Customer team.
  • Upload invoices (NF’s) into Fluig.
  • Monitor and respond to social media daily.
  • Prepare and maintain spreadsheets.
  • Follow the activities of other team members to increase knowledge and propose improvements.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Information Systems, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, or a related degree program.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Intermediate to advanced English.
  • Any level of familiarity with SAS and Power BI.
  • Logical reasoning skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proactive attitude.
  • Commitment and reliability.
  • Good listening skills.
