About the role

  • Manage the vehicle subscription product through pricing strategies for the Renault on Demand, Nissan Move and Toot brands, taking into account cost variables, market conditions, add-on services and margin.
  • Set subscription pricing for vehicles and propose periodic promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor and manage market competitiveness for the subscription offering.
  • Manage the portfolio of additional services and their impacts on P&L.
  • Liaise with Finance and Operations departments to ensure proposed profitability aligns with actual results.
  • Review pricing methodology to optimize and identify opportunities to improve the subscription service’s competitiveness.
  • Coordinate with headquarters (France) to propose synergies and ensure adherence to the global pricing methodology.
  • Prepare and present committee materials and studies to senior leadership.
  • Evaluate and propose synergies across the organization’s business lines (Bank/Consortium/Insurance/Rental).
  • Automate processes and develop price/competitiveness simulators.
  • Monitor and analyze the market and its fluctuations, from vehicle launches and competitive positioning to economic and regulatory changes.
  • Analyze and project residual values for new and used vehicles.
  • Conduct revaluation of the group’s fleet.

Requirements

  • Financial mathematics: NPV, IRR, interest rates, spread.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint: knowledge of macros (VBA) and an eye for aesthetics in executive presentations.
  • Knowledge of the automotive market and current developments: genuine interest in cars.
  • Programming for data manipulation (SAS, SQL or Python) – desirable.
  • Knowledge of residual risk models – desirable.
  • Experience developing Power BI dashboards or other dashboard automation tools – desirable.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or a quantitative field.
  • Preferred qualifications: postgraduate degree in Marketing or Finance.
  • Minimum three years’ experience in the automotive sector or in Pricing roles.
  • Advanced English: ability to communicate verbally in a conversational manner with international colleagues/stakeholders.
