Account Executive, New Business Focus
Mobilint, Inc.Account Executive expanding Daon's footprint across the UK and Ireland with a focus on new business acquisition. Identifying, engaging, and converting new opportunities to drive revenue growth.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify, target, and engage prospective clients across the UK & Ireland
- Build, manage, and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities
- Lead outbound prospecting and develop strategic approaches to target key accounts
- Qualify opportunities and progress deals through the full sales cycle
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Product teams to effectively position Daon’s TrustX platform
- Lead or contribute to proposals, RFP responses, and commercial negotiations
- Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Support the development and execution of account plans alongside senior stakeholders
- Partner closely with the VP of UK & Ireland and Sales Directors to execute market expansion strategies
- Support the Head of Sales for EMEA & APAC in advancing strategic opportunities
- Maintain and develop relationships within a defined portfolio of accounts
- Support account reviews and ensure ongoing client engagement and satisfaction
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting
- Ensure consistent follow-up on opportunities and key actions
- Support contract renewals and commercial processes as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5 years’ experience in a Sales, Business Development, or Account Executive role within a technology or SaaS environment
- Proven ability to generate pipeline and close new business (new logos)
- Experience selling into B2B enterprise or mid-market clients
- Strong understanding of complex sales cycles and stakeholder management
- Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
- Exposure to identity, security, or SaaS solutions is advantageous
