About the role

  • Work in the business development organization supporting and leading OEM sales and commercial strategies.
  • Create long‑term relationships with strategic customers through insightful negotiations and exceptional service.
  • Manage the entire sales process from RFQ/RFI review to issuing competitive price indications and negotiating commercial terms.
  • Lead the commercial aspects with strategic costumers.
  • Be the single point of contact for customer commercial inquiries, ensuring a seamless communication flow and outstanding customer experience.
  • Translate technical details into clear commercial benefits that resonate with clients.
  • Work in a team supporting multiple OEMs and Tier 1s in driving success together.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in a similar high‑tech role, demonstrating your expertise in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong background in technical sales, capable of navigating complex negotiations and sales processes with ease.
  • A natural ability to connect with clients and build mutual collaborations.
  • Experience in complex projects involving both HW and SW developments.
  • Detail‑oriented and capable of keeping the big picture in mind to make strategic decisions.
  • High level of proficiency in both verbal and written English to engage effectively with global stakeholders.
  • BA degree; an MBA is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of technical business principles, particularly in the automotive ADAS/AV market.
  • Experience with tools like Jira and Salesforce to enhance productivity and track engagement efficiently.
