About the role
- Work in the business development organization supporting and leading OEM sales and commercial strategies.
- Create long‑term relationships with strategic customers through insightful negotiations and exceptional service.
- Manage the entire sales process from RFQ/RFI review to issuing competitive price indications and negotiating commercial terms.
- Lead the commercial aspects with strategic costumers.
- Be the single point of contact for customer commercial inquiries, ensuring a seamless communication flow and outstanding customer experience.
- Translate technical details into clear commercial benefits that resonate with clients.
- Work in a team supporting multiple OEMs and Tier 1s in driving success together.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in a similar high‑tech role, demonstrating your expertise in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong background in technical sales, capable of navigating complex negotiations and sales processes with ease.
- A natural ability to connect with clients and build mutual collaborations.
- Experience in complex projects involving both HW and SW developments.
- Detail‑oriented and capable of keeping the big picture in mind to make strategic decisions.
- High level of proficiency in both verbal and written English to engage effectively with global stakeholders.
- BA degree; an MBA is a plus.
- Solid understanding of technical business principles, particularly in the automotive ADAS/AV market.
- Experience with tools like Jira and Salesforce to enhance productivity and track engagement efficiently.
