About the role

  • OEM Relationship Ownership & Executive Engagement
  • Act as single point of business & technical ownership for assigned OEM accounts.
  • Build, maintain, and expand long-term personal relationships with:
  • - OEM executives (VP Engineering, VP ADAS / AD driving functions, VP ECU, VP project management etc.)
  • - Chief engineers, system architects, and platform owners
  • - Customer product and project managers
  • Leverage existing industry network and OEM relationships to identify:
  • - New program opportunities
  • - RFQ / RFI-related technical & business exchanges
  • - Platform-level engagements
  • - Strategic partnership expansions
  • - Upselling opportunities
  • Position Mobileye as a trusted long-term technology partner, not just a component supplier.
  • Business Leadership & Deal Ownership
  • Own the business lifecycle of OEM engagements:
  • - Opportunity identification
  • - RFIs / RFQs
  • - Pricing strategy and value justification
  • - Negotiation support
  • - Program nomination and SOP follow-through
  • Drive revenue growth, design-wins, and platform commitments across ADAS and automated-driving portfolios.
  • Lead technical and business discussions on:
  • - OEM platform architecture roadmap & alignment with Mobileye's roadmap
  • - HW/SW products and features
  • - Roadmap commitments
  • - Volume ramp up and lifecycle strategy
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders (product, legal, finance, engineering) to close complex multi-year OEM deals.
  • Technical & System-Level Engagement
  • Conduct credible, high-level technical discussions with OEM stakeholders, including:
  • - ADAS / AV system architects
  • - Perception, planning, and safety teams
  • - Vehicle integration and E/E platform leaders
  • Clearly articulate Mobileye’s technical differentiation and value add
  • Translate OEM technical requirements into commercially viable solutions in collaboration with internal engineering teams.
  • Strategic Account Planning
  • Develop and execute multi-year account strategies aligned with:
  • - OEM product roadmaps
  • - Linking ADAS with DMS, Parking and Infotainment features
  • - Platform transitions
  • Identify cross-portfolio upsell opportunities (e.g., perception, mapping, parking, supervised / unsupervised AD).
  • Provide continuous market feedback to Mobileye product and leadership teams to influence product roadmap and go-to-market strategy

Requirements

  • 8+ years in automotive OEM-facing roles, such as:
  • - Account Executive / Key Account Manager
  • - Technical Sales / Business Development
  • - OEM Program or Systems leadership with commercial exposure
  • - Demonstrated personal network and working relationships within German (and global) automotive OEMs.
  • - Proven ability to engage both technical and executive stakeholders.
  • - Strong understanding of:
  • - ADAS / automated-driving systems
  • - Vehicle E/E architectures
  • - OEM sourcing and decision-making processes
  • - Experience leading complex technical and business negotiations involving HW/SW solutions.
  • - Preferred
  • - Prior experience selling: ADAS, autonomous-driving, perception, or automotive semiconductor solutions
  • - Familiarity with:
  • - OEM experience at mid-senior technical & business roles
  • - Tier-1 / Tier-2 ecosystems
  • - Automotive regulatory and safety frameworks
  • - Ability to operate effectively in global, cross-cultural OEM environments.
  • - Technical understanding in computer vision, driving functions, semiconductors, or embedded SW
