About the role

  • Defining customer pain points and formulate the problem to be solved by the team,
  • Inspire a high-performance team to develop the vision for our products, and identify and validate new opportunities.
  • Spearheading product vision, roadmap and rollout of a successful SaaS B2B product
  • Ideate and design new features according to the JBTD principle.
  • Monitor product metrics and turn this data into actionable insights for the company

Requirements

  • 1+ years experience in product management
  • A passion for delivering seamless product experiences
  • Creative problem solving skills and ability to effectively communicate and translate feedback, needs and solutions
  • Familiarity with agile software development methodologies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Capability of having productive conversations with engineers about technical tradeoffs in web development
  • Knowledge of SaaS applications and SaaS product development process
  • Experience with B2B product development cycles
  • Familiarity with App Development, App Marketing, Digital Advertising Technologies
  • Familiarity with tools and ecosystem: Atlassian, Intercom, Stripe, Amplitude, Mixpanel, AWS etc.
  • Experience in producing written content such as blogs, documentation, etc.
