About the role
- Assignment context: As part of the evolution and optimization of its mobility services, a large corporate client is seeking an experienced consultant to work on its mobile device management (MDM/UEM) platforms.
- The assignment is part of a dedicated mobility team, with responsibilities for expertise, technology watch, design, and continuous improvement around Microsoft Intune and Workspace ONE environments.
- The consultant will work across the entire mobility lifecycle: analysis, design, production rollout, project support, and tooling development.
- Technology watch: Maintain continuous monitoring of MDM/UEM platforms; analyze functional and technical evolutions (workflows, profiles, compliance, integrations, APIs); review vendor roadmaps and their impacts; produce watch reports, benchmarks, and recommendations.
- Solution design: Design MDM/UEM architectures and configurations; define policies, profiles, and enrollment workflows (Zero-Touch, DEP/ABM, KME, COPE, COBO, COSU, BYOD); prepare scoping documents, schedules, and design dossiers; document solutions and produce knowledge-capture materials.
- Technical studies: Analyze business needs related to mobility; conduct comparative studies and POCs; produce test plans and technical-functional documentation; formalize results in the team's repositories.
- Tool development: Develop and maintain PowerShell automation scripts; design operational reports (compliance, enrollment, deployment); leverage APIs and technical data sources to improve management reliability.
- Reporting and activity tracking: Update activities daily in JIRA; produce regular reports and present them to the team; ensure the quality and consistency of updates.
Requirements
- IT systems consultant with a minimum of 5 years' experience in mobility environments.
- Excellent mastery of Microsoft Intune.
- Good knowledge of Workspace ONE.
- Deep knowledge of Android and iOS operating systems.
- PowerShell scripting skills.
- Reporting and analysis (Excel / Power BI).
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 environment.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Autonomy and proactivity.
- Good writing skills.
- Confident verbal communication and ability to interact with various stakeholders.
- Team player with a service-oriented mindset.
- This role is intended for a consultant who can combine technical expertise, functional vision, and the ability to structure and industrialize practices around UEM environments.
