About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide assistance and information to beneficiaries, employees, healthcare providers and other stakeholders
Submit requests for appointments, tests and procedures using the internal system
Triage and administratively manage regulatory processes
Manage delivery schedules and workflow using Planner
Keep spreadsheets and management/control systems up to date
Respond to Preliminary Intermediation Notifications (NIPs) from the ANS, ombudsman inquiries and 'Contact Us' messages
Gather data for the coordination team
Support management with assigned activities
Perform other related duties as required, in accordance with internal policies and guidelines

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospital/Healthcare Management, Social Work, Nursing or related management/clinical fields
Postgraduate degree in Health Services Management, Business Management or related field (preferred)
Basic knowledge of office application suites (emphasis on word processing and spreadsheets)
Intermediate knowledge of administrative processes
Basic to intermediate knowledge of medical/health services
Intermediate knowledge of regulation and resolutions from the National Supplementary Health Agency (ANS)
Proficiency with project and task management tools (e.g., Planner)
Experience in the relevant field
