About the role
- Serve beneficiaries, guests, employees, suppliers and others.
- Support administrative processes (purchasing, social services, registration).
- Monitor the ombudsman channel according to procedures.
- Analyze claim denials (glosas) and follow up on supplier services.
- Manage inventory of consumables and request materials.
- Handle subsidies from strategic providers, registrations, reimbursements, invoices and protocols.
- Schedule club activities, coordinate pick-ups, and maintain the benefits network and events.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Preferably currently enrolled in a university degree in Business Administration, Hospital Management, or related management/healthcare courses.
- Basic knowledge of the regulation and resolutions of the National Supplementary Health Agency (ANS).
- Experience in customer/public service.
- Basic knowledge of administrative and/or financial routines.
- Basic knowledge of office application packages (emphasis on word processor and spreadsheets).
- Knowledge of health plan operators is desirable.
