About the role

  • Serve beneficiaries, guests, employees, suppliers and others.
  • Support administrative processes (purchasing, social services, registration).
  • Monitor the ombudsman channel according to procedures.
  • Analyze claim denials (glosas) and follow up on supplier services.
  • Manage inventory of consumables and request materials.
  • Handle subsidies from strategic providers, registrations, reimbursements, invoices and protocols.
  • Schedule club activities, coordinate pick-ups, and maintain the benefits network and events.

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Preferably currently enrolled in a university degree in Business Administration, Hospital Management, or related management/healthcare courses.
  • Basic knowledge of the regulation and resolutions of the National Supplementary Health Agency (ANS).
  • Experience in customer/public service.
  • Basic knowledge of administrative and/or financial routines.
  • Basic knowledge of office application packages (emphasis on word processor and spreadsheets).
  • Knowledge of health plan operators is desirable.
